National Right to Life and SC Citizens for Life: BETRAYERS OF THE UNBORN

National Right to Life Committee and South Carolina Citizens for Life endorse Republican Incumbents in SC for U.S. Congress who FUND:

- MEDICAID Abortions
- Planned Parenthood
- Chemical Abortions

The October 31 e-mail below from the SCCL Executive Director, Miss Holly Gatling, to the "SCCL E-mail Tree" included the SCCL Political Action Committee (PAC)'s endorsement of candidates for federal office. The pdf file attachment is included with this e-mail [please click on this link: http://sclife.org/election2006/SCCLPAC.pdf].

Included among SCCL's endorsements are four Republican Incumbent Congressmen who have voted to FUND: MEDICAID Abortions, Planned Parenthood, and Chemical Abortions, namely:

U.S. Representative Henry Brown (1st District, SC)
U.S. Representative Joe Wilson (2nd District, SC)
U.S. Representative Gresham Barrett (3rd District, SC
)U.S. Representative Bob Inglis (4th District, SC)

Also view the endorsements on the SCCL website itself:

Columbia Christians for Life has already publicized the votes of Incumbent Republican Congressmen Joe Wilson (2nd District, SC) and Bob Inglis (4th District, SC) in support of passage of HR 3010, the Health and Human Services (HHS) Appropriations bill for FY 2006, which they voted for on 12/14/2005, and which contained funding for selected Medicaid abortions (rape, incest, and life of the mother), Planned Parenthood funding, and funding for chemically abortifacient birth control:

MEDICAID Abortions, Planned Parenthood, Chemical Abortions All Funded By:
Incumbent SC Republican Congressman Bob Inglis (SC 4th Distr.), and Incumbent SC Republican Congressman Joe Wilson (SC 2nd Distr.)

However, the truth is that HR 3010 for FY 2006 is not the only HHS Appropriations bill that funds Abortion and Abortionists, that Incumbent South Carolina Republican Congressmen endorsed by National Right to Life and SC Citizens for Life (the SC state chapter of NRLC) have voted for - there are other abortion and abortionist-funding annual HHS appropriations bills as well; for example, HR 4818 for FY 2005.

In fact, ALL FOUR of the Incumbent South Carolina Republican Congressmen endorsed by NRL / SCCL have voted for Abortion and Abortionist funding (http://thomas.loc.gov/):

HR 3010 - HHS and other Appropriations, 2006 - passed by House 12/14/2005 voting "Yea" to pass:

Incumbent Republican Congressman Henry Brown (1st District, SC)
Incumbent Republican Congressman Joe Wilson (2nd District, SC)
Incumbent Republican Congressman Gresham Barrett (3rd District, SC)
Incumbent Republican Congressman Bob Inglis (4th District, SC)

HR 4818 - HHS and other Appropriations, 2005 - passed by House 11/20/2004 voting "Yea" to pass:

Incumbent Republican Congressman Henry Brown (1st District, SC)
Incumbent Republican Congressman Joe Wilson (2nd District, SC)
Incumbent Republican Congressman Gresham Barrett (3rd District, SC)
(Bob Inglis not in office at the time)

Both Joe Wilson and Bob Inglis have 100% Pro-Life opposition candidates running against them. In the case of Bob Inglis, the 100% Pro-Life candidate is Dr. John Cobin, who is the nominee for the Libertarian Party, and as such is on the ballot Election Day, November 7th ( http://www.cobinforcongress.com/ ). In the case of Joe Wilson, the 100% Pro-Life candidate is Steve Lefemine, who is running as an Independent / Write-in ( http://www.lefemineforlife.net/ ).

Yet, National Right to Life and SC Citizens for Life continue to lead pro-life voters astray by endorsing Republican Incumbent Congressmen who appropriate federal taxpayer dollars to murder children, both directly through Medicaid surgical abortions, and Title X and Medicaid chemical abortion and indirectly by approx. $50-$60 Million dollars of the annual Title X money, and approx. $50-$60 Million dollars of the annual Medicaid money, going to Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest perpetrator of child-murder by abortion.

Planned Parenthood reports record 255,000-plus abortions last year (2004-2005)
"...Planned Parenthood received $272.7 million in state and federal funding..."

Christians, Pro-Lifers, please stop following the false leadership of National Right to Life and South Carolina Citizens for Life !!! God's answer to the Abortion Holocaust is found in Exodus 20:13. God's requirement for "Murder" is "Justice," not incrementalist "Regulation" !

"As for My people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O My people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of they paths."
Isaiah 3:12

"For the leaders of this people cause them to err, and they that are led of them are destroyed."
Isaiah 9:16

Christians, God has not called us to "the lesser of two evils" - He has called us to Holiness, and to Righteousness. America's survival as a free nation depends upon the Church of Jesus Christ acting in Faith and Obedience. As Peter Marshall once said, for America, it's now either "Christ or Chaos."

The Lord has said, "BE YE HOLY; FOR I AM HOLY."
1 Peter 1:16

The endorsement of Incumbent Republican Congressman Bob Inglis and the other three SC GOP Incumbent Congressmen funding Abortion and Abortionists by their vote(s) for HHS Appropriations bills was predictable, given the long-term track record of South Carolina Citizens for Life endorsing even candidates that support "exceptions" to a ban on child-murder-by-abortion; for example, SCCL supported pro-abort 1996 Republican Presidential "exceptions" candidate, Bob Dole; and pro-abort 2000 and 2004 Republican Presidential "exceptions" candidate George W. Bush.

And as recently as October 22, 2006, the Greenville News reported that Mrs. Lisa Van Riper (who has repeatedly led the program at SCCL's annual Rally at the SC State House held each year in January) was giving her support to Abortion and Abortionist-funder Incumbent Republican Congressman Bob Inglis:

'New' Inglis stirs some on the right

[excerpt, emphasis added]:

Lisa Van Riper, an anti-abortion activist from Greenville, has "heard rumblings" from the right, but is supporting Inglis.

"A critical look shows he's a conservative," she said.
