There is ongoing, and it appears, growing traffic on the internet, and by some media outlets, covering the multiple ongoing lawsuits originating in various court jurisdictions, vis-a-vis the unresolved legal issue of Barack Obama's qualification under the United States Constitution to be president vis-a-vis the constitutional requirement that an American president must be "a natural born Citizen" [ Article II., Section 1., Para. 5 ] of the United States.
The most imminent / visible of these cases concerns a New Jersey lawsuit which is scheduled to be considered by a conference of the justices of the United States Supreme Court on Friday, December 5, 2008. The purpose is to decide whether or not to take the case.
Don't be surprised that you haven't heard much reporting from the CFR-controlled Corporate Big Media on this vital constitutional issue. The CFR-controlled Corporate Big Media has been hiding the truth on issue after issue, over and over again, for decades. This is a big reason why the American people are so uninformed, for example, about the threat to the very sovereignty of this country posed by the work-in-progress North American Union ( www.stopthenorthamericanunion.com ), planned by the CFR. CEO), or from the PBS Newshour ("CFR Evening News" !) crew, including CFR-member Jim Lehrer, CFR-member Judy Woodruff, or CFR-member Margaret Warner, or any of the other CFR mouthpieces in the broadcast, print, or internet media. Do your own research from independent and varied sources, especially on the internet (blogs, e-mail). To apply the Scriptures above, America has gotten wicked rulers because we ourselves as a People are wicked: a nation that practices, tolerates, enshrines, advertises, supports financially both privately and publicly, and protects in law: child-murder-by-abortion, fornication, adultery, and sodomy, etc. Can such a nation survive ? NO.
America's only hope is Repentance, beginning with those who profess to be Christians.

The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case embraced by some opponents of Obama's election.
The meeting of justices will coincide with a vigil by the filer's supporters in Washington on the steps of the nation's highest court.
The suit originally sought to stay the election, and was filed on behalf of Leo Donofrio against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells.

An anti-tax activist from upstate New York who is questioning whether President-elect Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen" eligible for the nation's top job said Tuesday that his non-profit group spent "tens of thousands of dollars" to get his message across in ads in the Chicago Tribune this week.
Robert L. Schulz, 69, chairman of We The People Foundation, took out ads Monday and Wednesday to raise questions about whether Obama's Hawaii certificate of live birth is authentic.
The ads echo accusations circulated online by some Obama opponents before the election. Cases challenging Obama's citizenship have been tossed out of courts in several states, and Hawaiian officials have vouched for the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate, which is locked in a state vault. The Obama campaign likewise has always dismissed the accusations.

Questions about Obama's citizenship status are spreading like wildfire on the Internet, and some media outlets are beginning to run stories on the issue.
Even the Russian online newspaper Pravda featured a column about "the man with no visible past."
The column said Obama can easily put the issue to rest by producing the document, rather than spending thousands of dollars on attorneys to defy federal and state lawsuits.
However, amid skeptical reports, the New American reported, "This story has gained credence, separating it from Internet rumors, because Obama has reputedly hired three law firms (firms, not lawyers) to make sure that no one gets access to his birth records in Hawaii or his college transcripts from Occidental College and Harvard."
So far, major television networks and many other mainstream newspapers are continuing to be silent on the matter.

An associate lawyer in a Chicago-based firm whose partner served on a finance committee for then-Sen. Barack Obama has advocated for the elimination of the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born" citizen, calling the requirement "stupid" and affirming it discriminates, is outdated and undemocratic.
The paper was written in 2006, just two years after Obama had won a landslide election in Illinois to the U.S. Senate, by Sarah Herlihy. She is listed as an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis, and a partner in the same firm, Bruce I. Ettelson, cites his membership on the finance committees for both U.S. Sens. Obama and Richard Durbin on the corporate website.
The issue is the subject of nearly two dozen court cases in recent weeks in the United States, including at least two that have gone to the U.S. Supreme Court, because of unanswered questions over Obama's birthplace.
There have been accusations that he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as his campaign has stated. His paternal grandmother has stated she was in attendance at his birth in Mombasa. While Hawaii officials say they have seen his birth certificate, they have declined to release information from it.

A New York man spent "tens of thousands of dollars" in Chicago newspaper advertising this week to convince people that President-elect Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States.
Ads placed by the We The People Foundation repeated allegations heard throughout the campaign challenging Obama's citizenship.
The Chicago Tribune, which ran the ads, reported Wednesday that the Obama campaign provided the paper with a copy of the president-elect's birth certificate, but still, the paper said, "some critics remain dubious."

After President-elect Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee let a Dec. 1 deadline slip by without responding to Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg's petition for writ of certiorari demanding Obama produce a legitimate birth certificate, the attorney is now filing a motion to stop Obama from taking office in January.
"It is my firm belief, my one thousand percent firm belief," Berg told Schreiber, "that he does not meet the natural born qualifications, that he should not be voted for by the electors, and that he should not be sworn in this January unless he shows his credentials ... which he of course cannot, simply because he does not have them."

Concerned citizens have taken yet another step to compel Barack Obama to release documentation proving he is a natural-born citizen – by funding a full-page "Open letter to Obama" in tomorrow's issue of the Chicago Tribune.
American donors have contributed tens of thousands of dollars to the We the People Foundation to sponsor the advertisement. It appeared in the main news section of the newspaper yesterday and is scheduled to run again tomorrow morning.

One litigant’s U.S. Supreme Court filing is scheduled to be discussed in private by the justices later this week.
Justice Clarence Thomas distributed to his colleagues a request that the high court weigh in before the Electoral College makes Obama’s victory official later this month. The justices may decide in a Friday conference whether to hear or cast away a lawsuit dismissed in a lower court and appealed by a retired New Jersey lawyer named Leo C. Controversy continues to surround President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, and a case involving his birth certificate waits for its day before the U.S. Supreme Court. A constitutional lawyer said were it to be discovered that Mr. Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen, it would have grave consequences for the nation.
Several court cases in the birth certificate controversy are waiting admission to the Supreme Court.
A gathering of judges will meet on Dec. 5 to decide whether or not to hear a case from New Jersey, and a decision is still pending on a case from a lawyer in Pennsylvania. Should four of the judges vote to hear the case in the Dec. 5 meeting, then it will be scheduled for hearings. Court cases from Connecticut and New York have also applied for hearings at the U.S. Supreme Court.
