RECORD Flooding of Red River at Fargo, North Dakota, Thousands of Volunteers Sandbag,
and
HISTORIC passage of the Personhood Bill by the North Dakota House, February 17, 2009; and then heard by the ND Senate Judiciary Committee (SJC), March 16, but not passed. The Senate went on break because of the flooding, and now the SJC vote is planned for Monday, March 30, where it is not expected to vote favorably, followed by a full Senate vote on the bill later in the week.
